LoopPilot olarak gizliliğinize önem veriyoruz. Bu politika, looppilot.io üzerinden hangi kişisel verileri topladığımızı, neden işlediğimizi ve haklarınızı açıklar.
Hangi verileri topluyoruz
Yalnızca iletişim formuna sizin girdiğiniz bilgileri toplarız:
- Adınız
- E-posta adresiniz
- Şirket adınız (opsiyonel)
- Bize ilettiğiniz mesaj
Bu siteyi ziyaret etmek için hesap oluşturmanız gerekmez. Pazarlama amaçlı gizli takip kullanmayız.
Verileri neden işliyoruz
Bilgilerinizi yalnızca talebinize yanıt vermek ve sizinle bir otomasyon görüşmesi planlamak için kullanırız. Hukuki dayanak, talebiniz üzerine iletişime geçmemize yönelik meşru menfaat ve sizin açık talebinizdir.
Verileriniz nerede saklanır
Form gönderimleri, sunucusuz bir fonksiyon (Cloudflare Pages Functions) üzerinden işlenir ve e-posta iletim hizmeti Resend aracılığıyla bize ulaştırılır. Bu sağlayıcılar verilerinizi yalnızca iletim için işler. Resend altyapısı ABD merkezlidir; formu gönderdiğinizde verileriniz bu amaçla uluslararası olarak aktarılabilir. Verilerinizi satmayız ve pazarlama amacıyla üçüncü taraflarla paylaşmayız.
Saklama süresi
İletişim bilgilerinizi yalnızca talebinizi yanıtlamak ve ilgili yazışmayı sürdürmek için gereken süre boyunca saklarız. Silinmesini istediğinizde sileriz.
Çerezler, analitik ve spam koruması
Site, dil tercihinizi hatırlamak için tarayıcınızda küçük bir kayıt (localStorage) tutar. Bu bir takip çerezi değildir. Formu otomatik (bot) gönderimlerden korumak için Cloudflare Turnstile kullanırız; bu araç çerez tabanlı takip yapmaz. Analitik araç eklenirse bu bölüm güncellenecektir.
Haklarınız
KVKK (6698 sayılı Kanun) ve GDPR kapsamında; verilerinize erişme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme, işlenmesine itiraz etme ve verilerinizin bir kopyasını talep etme hakkınız vardır. Bu haklarınızı kullanmak için bize yazmanız yeterlidir.

At LoopPilot we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what personal data we collect through looppilot.io, why we process it, and your rights.
What we collect
We only collect what you enter into the contact form:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your company name (optional)
- The message you send us
You don't need an account to visit this site. We don't use hidden marketing trackers.
Why we process it
We use your information only to respond to your request and to schedule an automation call with you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to your inquiry and your explicit request to be contacted.
Where your data is stored
Form submissions are processed by a serverless function (Cloudflare Pages Functions) and delivered to us through the email service Resend. These providers process your data solely to deliver it. Resend is US-based, so submitting the form may involve an international transfer of your data for that purpose. We don't sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
Retention
We keep your contact details only as long as needed to answer your request and maintain the related correspondence. We delete them when you ask us to.
Cookies, analytics and spam protection
The site stores a small entry in your browser (localStorage) to remember your language preference. This is not a tracking cookie. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the form from automated (bot) submissions; it does not use cookie-based tracking. If an analytics tool is added, this section will be updated.
Your rights
Under GDPR and Turkey's KVKK (Law No. 6698) you have the right to access your data, request correction or deletion, object to processing, and request a copy of your data. To exercise these rights, simply email us.
